A plot of 711 m2 is for sale in Donja Gorica, in Lješkopoljska street, about a hundred meters from the roundabout (near the post office). The plot belongs to DUP Donja Gorica (which is not active). According to the planned construction coefficients, two buildings can be built on this plot, for which a conceptual design has been prepared. For both buildings, the number of floors is planned: P+1+Pk. The total gross floor area for both buildings is 610 m2. The allowed BRGP for the first building is 360m2, basically 120m2. The allowed BRGP for the second building (which already exists on the plot) is 250 m2, basically it is 80m2 plus the first floor 85m2 plus Pk 85m2.
